Kabutenth is a hulking brute of a brown and will be 66 feet at full growth. It is quite clear he'll be able to match the stamina of most bronzes, even at hatching. His neck is thick, his chest broad, his wings expansive. He is incredibly heavyset and will never be very agile, having to depend on blues and greens, and plenty of betweening, to keep him out of harm's way in Threadfall. His darker coloration only serves to make him appear even larger, a deep, rich red-brown, reminiscent of rosewood. He is completely unmarked.
Personality: Logical, Responsible, Light-hearted, Witty
This brown is, for the most part, what most Pernese imagine a brown should be. A responsible sort, he obeys orders and performs his duties to the very best of his ability, but being responsible doesn't mean one has to be a complete stick in the mud. He approaches life with a light-hearted sense of humor, reminding everyone around him, especially his rider, not to take life too seriously, and to enjoy it, every part of it, even the most menial tasks. There's no use wasting time complaining when there are things that need to be done, just make the best of it. And dwelling on the past? One shouldn't waste time worrying about things they can't change when there are so many possibilities before them. Intelligent and witty, Kabutenth may very well end up with a penchant for one-liners and puns.
He is logical to a fault and often forgets that others are far more emotionally driven than he is. This can make him come off a bit callous when anyone comes to him with a problem, as his instant response will be to start listing off possible solutions and courses of action that can be taken without consideration for how his suggestions might come off sounding to someone that is upset. In time, his rider might teach him how to be a bit more tactful, but out of, however,ll? This brown doesn't comprehend complex emotions well. His logical nature will however make him good at grounding those around him, keeping a calm, clear head when others panic, and bringing his rider down to earth should they fly into any sort of emotional extreme. He will be a solid, steady presence for others to lean on.
Analytical, this brown will weigh possibilities and outcomes when it comes to deciding whether to participate in a chase or not. In the end it all comes down to whether he has determined that the chances of his winning are greater than his chances of losing, and if he believes they are, then he'll chase. This means he isn't likely to chase golds, especially not the larger ladies, but he may try on occasion for the smaller golds, aware that he can certainly match the stamina of his bronze peers. Chasing greens will likely never much appeal to him as it is a rather frivolous pursuit, unless encouraged by his rider.
