NAME: Brauth
AGE: Five months
COLOR: Blue
RIDER: T’vir
SPEAKING COLOR: 4B86AF
APPEARANCE: Brauth boasts quite the stature: in color, size, and demeanor, he is all blue, but his build is far more akin to a bronze’s. Where most blues tend to be lean, lithe creatures, Brauth is quite stocky, displaying a wealth of muscle. This, while giving him an edge over the slimmer blues, does take away from his agility in a big way. As he’s still growing, the range of limitations aren’t yet fully known, but he and his rider will adjust as the blue slowly grows to his final length of a whopping fifty-six feet.
He’s not quite flashy in color: a two-toned shade of sky blue, which dominates, and a paler blue that marks his lower jaw, neck and belly, ending halfway down his tail.
ABILITIES
AGILITY: 3
SPEED: 5
ENDURANCE: 6
PERSONALITY: Friendly, Gentle, Protective, Slow
Brauth loves company- plain and simple. It doesn’t matter who it is, so long as he has another at his side. His rider is preferable, and while they won’t always be able to be in the same vicinity (Brauth’s steady growth makes squeezing through the small corridors increasingly harder) he will keep a strong presence in T’vir’s mind. But Brauth is never happier than when he’s in the middle of a cuddle pile, or with at least a dozen little firelizards or gemgliders perched on his body.
There’s not a mean bone in this blue’s body: he’s got a friendly word for everyone all the time, and not even T’vir’s prejudices influence him against people. His Hatching was one big greeting-fest, probably giving several Candidates the wrong idea as he took the time to greet the lot before turning his attention to his rider.
He has no sense of aggression, and usually will need a very clear directive to go away before taking a hint. He simply doesn’t grasp the concept that not every dragon or human is as friendly and approachable as he is. Any sort of humor will go right over his head, sarcasm and dry suggestions often taken at face value. He’s on the slower side, as well- he takes twice as long as most to conquer a task or learn a skill, and may often have to be taught more than once, if he isn’t constantly reminded.
It’s nearly impossible to anger him, but quite easy to distress or wound him. He won’t challenge or stand up for himself against another, but he’s always willing to help anyone in need, whatever the cost may be to his self.
