NAME: Laverauth
AGE: Hatchling
COLOR: Blue
RIDER: Z’kar
RANK: Weyrling
SPEAKING COLOR: 0045ED
APPEARANCE: Laverauth is quite the striking Blue. The main part of his hide may only be a rather classic and ordinary, medium blue, but the brighter blue that marks his wings, underbelly, and tail lend him the title of 'beautiful' on many occasions. Certainly he makes a more striking figure than his larger Blue brother and even seems larger than him due to his darker coloring and more distinguished markings. He has a little more bulk than your typical Blue, lending him a little extra endurance, but his longer wings will keep him from being exceptionally agile.
ABILITIES
AGILITY: 5
SPEED: 8
ENDURANCE: 5
PERSONALITY: Vain, Haughty, Calm, Confident
From his very egg, it is quite clear Laverauth places high value upon himself. He is as proud as any Bronze and will always try to get out of tasks he feels are 'beneath' him, trying to pass them off onto someone else if he can help it. He is haughty and arrogant, clearly thinking himself better than others. The reason for this? His beautiful hide. He is incredibly vain and takes a ridiculous amount of pride in his looks. Appearances mean a great deal to Laverauth and he is unlikely to associate with dragons or humans alike who regularly appear disheveled and unkempt. He will insist upon being oiled far more often than necessary to keep his hide looking its very best and will become incredibly moody if his rider does not see to such things immediately. He will be pushy about his rider's appearance as well and will be unlikely to be seen anywhere with his rider if they do not look their best at the time. He is calm and confident in all things (save when his rider has not oiled him properly). His personality is altogether what one would expect from your stereotypical Bronze. His endless confidence can sometimes be contagious, for he certainly has enough to share and he does so willingly. Everything he does, everyone he interacts with, should be the best. So, when another dragon or rider's confidence is faltering and reflecting during Threadfall or drills, he can be wonderfully supportive and a great boost to anyone's confidence (even if it is for purely selfish reasons).
When it comes to chasing, only the best and prettiest Greens will do. How Laverauth defines a Green as one of the best and the prettiest is as yet unknown, but he most certainly will not chase every Green that rises, only Greens he deems worth the effort.
