NAME: Fargo
SPECIES: Firelizard
COLOR: Brown
AGE: Two Turns
OWNER: F'mol
APPEARANCE: Fargo is a handsome firelizard with a simple hide; a rich warm brown that darkens gradually down to each paw. Dull spines adorn his head and run in a line down his back, stopping at his hip. The ends of his tail are almost like streamers or ribbon. A well-proportioned and good-sized brown, Fargo stands with the sense of self-importance that one would expect in a bronze or gold flitter. With a mixture of endurance and speed, Fargo is a proud example of his color.
PERSONALITY:
Some might wonder if this firelizard was born the wrong color, and should've hatched bronze instead of brown. Confident to a fault, Fargo will take charge of a situation over a bronze or gold firelizard. Headstrong is a good word to describe Fargo, and the only thing that can stop him is a direct order from a queen. While this is true, it is also true that Fargo is a loyal and focused firelizard, and F'mol had little trouble training him to deliver messages and be more than just an amusing shoulder decoration. He loves to please his owner, and will follow orders diligently...most of the time. Sometimes, he feels just a little more like a spoiled pet than a useful one, and will decide to ditch his orders for something more fun. Maybe his favorite sunning spot was open, or maybe a female firelizard decided to rise just as he was delivering something. He always feels bad for it afterwards, but sometimes he just feels he should let go.
When it comes to females, Fargo will chase them all. Wild or Impressed, it doesn't matter; if they're in the area, they're his. He's not one for favorites, and he won't care if a female becomes attached after he wins their Flight. He'll be back to chase her again next time, of course, but he won't care at all if she develops a preference for him (though he will pay a bit more attention if a queen begins to like him). He will not dote over a green's eggs if he sires them, but he will be much more proud of any gold clutches he helps to make. After all, it just shows that he won over some silly bronze! If he sires a gold clutch, expect him to be there, sitting proudly beside them as they hatch. Though he will be eager to get rid of them once they're ready; his lineage must be spread!
